Japan Grand Prix International Orchid Festival (JGP) has become a very famous show that attracts over 400.000 visitors every year.

 In this year's Festival, staged by the Organizing Committee of the JGP 2007, which will be held from February 24th until March 4th, with a preview on February 23rd , approximately 100.000 tropical,  oriental and Japanese orchids  are going to be  exhibited.

 The theme for this year's exhibits is "Greek Mythology".

It is in this context that 13 photos taken by Ambassador of Greece to Japan Mr Ioannis Vavvas and under the title "A mythological journey through the paths of ancient Greek sites and monuments" will be presented to the Japanese public giving them the opportunity to behold beautiful images of the most famous archeological monuments and sites in Greece, each and everyone of them representing  an ancient Greek myth.
