Mr Murata Matsushige, the owner of Yorgos Restaurant in Saitama, plays Buzuki, organizes Greek nights with music and dance and knows authentic Greek cuisine very well !

The menu? Wine from Creta, Nemea, Samos and Santorini, Ouzo and Retsina, even Greek beer "Mythos"... Mousaka, Tarama salad, Greek salad, Gyro, Tzatziki, Papoutsakia, Gemista, Souvlakia, also Greek pizza with feta cheese !
